Application â Mainly use in Drugs & Cosmetic products. Certified for use in by US FDA â Not to exceed by weight of suture: 0.2% in glycolic â lactic acid polyester synthetic absorbable sutures or 0.3% in polydioxanone synthetic absorbable sutures for use in general and ophthalmic surgery, and 0.1% in poly (epsilon-caprolactone) absorbable sutures for use in general surgery, externally applied drugs and cosmetics â consistent with GMP.
